Chris Love is a multifaceted musician/producer/educator in Nashville, TN. 

He began performing in clubs on historic Beale Street in Memphis, TN at 

age 13. Three years later he won the Jimi Hendrix Guitar Competition in Memphis.

 

As an artist Chris has opened for acclaimed artists including Jason Derulo,

Maroon 5, Everclear, Switchfoot, Mitch Mitchell, Billy Cox of the Jimi Hendrix Experience,

Julie Roberts, Will Hoge, 112, Gavin Degraw, Foghat, and Celeste Buckingham.

 

As a producer Chris works with clients from Los Angeles to New York. Based out of Nashville

Tennessee, Love has built a reputation demanding excellence and absolute top quality

in his work. Limiting himself to no particular style, Chris' production knows no bounds. 

From pop country, to hip hop, to hard rock, jazz and everything in between, his records

stand alone in production quality and artistry. 

Chris Love has been teaching privately and in the public school

system since 2001. From 2001-2010 Chris was an instructor with the 

Munford High School Band. He wrote, arranged and taught music for students in 6th-12th 

and won over 40 grand champion percussion trophies. In 2009, Munford High School Band

won high percussion at USBANDS Nationals in Annapolis, MD.

 

In 2007 Forbes Magazine recognized Chris as Memphis' Most Eligible Bachelor.

 

Chris has also worked with Hunter's Lane High School and Brentwood High School

percussion sections as well as Marshall County Georgia and is often sought as a percussion

adjudicator.

 

Chris endorses Elixir Guitar strings, is a member of ASCAP, a beta tester for Positive Grid

and is a Disc Makers producer partner.

 

Voted Best Producer 2015 by the Nashville Industry Music Awards Foundation.
